CHAPTER SISTERHOOD
Tri Delta’s sisterhood is one of the strongest on campus because of our welcoming traditions and eagerness to support one another. Theta Alpha treats its new members as sisters from the second they run down 21st Avenue on Bid Day. Each of our new members receive a "Pearl Pal" on Bid Day that helps them feel comfortable moving into a chapter house with 100 new women and with navigating the university. A few weeks into fall quarter, all new members receive a Big Sister who acts as their mentor for the rest of their collegiate careers. The Big Sis welcomes her new Little Sis into her Greek family during our exciting Revelation Night that the entire chapter participates in.
During the academic year, our Member Development Chair plans many sisterhood activities for memories such as firesides, movie nights, ice cream socials, trips to Golden Gardens, guest musicians, and much more! The sisterhood at Theta Alpha is full of diverse personalities that all work together to create a bond that is truly special. The women of Theta Alpha truly are individually unique, together complete.

Tri Delta facilities provide a home away from home to many. Our members embrace the ideal of friendship and value self-respect as they are free to be themselves, form strong friendships and have their current friendships grow stronger while spending time with each other in one of our chapter locations.

Tri Delta fosters academic excellence. By providing our members with quiet study spaces, academic resources, modern amenities and Wi-Fi throughout the facility, our members are able to focus on their academics and learn in a comfortable and supportive environment.
A Place to Lead
Outside the classroom, Tri Delta members are boldly leading the way and are actively involved on their campuses and in their communities. Tri Delta spaces support their leadership and allow members to grow into the best version of themselves.
